Ashley had always been a creative little kid ever since she was young and she strives to be someone who is known for many things when she passes away.

Ashley has been volunteering with OCC, in other words, Oregon Chinese coalition. OCC has been offering many volunteering jobs for Ashley and she has been very grateful for helping many people. OCC is a community of people who volunteer, for example, volunteering for homeless shelters, donating winter clothes, etc. Ashley is filled with gratitude for OCC, because they have been very helpful in helping other people and Ashley is very grateful. And hopes to continue helping until she grows old.

Oregon Chinese Coalition is proud to join the President of the United States in recognizing the volunteers who consistently take the time to make a difference in the lives of others. Therefore, it is a great honor to present the President’s Volunteer Service Award (PVSA) to Ashley Fong.
