Sophia Lee is a freshman from Sunset High School, Portland OR. As a member of the FTC ReVamped robotics team, she has spent many weekends volunteering in Oregon FLL and FTC robotics tournaments and events. She also attended various community events in Oregon and Washington to demonstrate robots and promote STEM for the youth. In addition, Sophia volunteered at Clark Center Shelter, Tualatin National Wildlife refuge and played Guzheng at various cultural events. Sophia loves singing - she is a member of Portland Symphonic Girls Choir and performed at various holiday concerts.

Oregon Chinese Coalition is proud to join the President of the United States in recognizing the volunteers who consistently take the time to make a difference in the lives of others. Therefore, it is a great honor to present the President’s Volunteer Service Award (PVSA) to Sophia Lee.
