社区健康博览会再现盛况

今年的健康博览会可谓远超预期。不仅摊位数量创下新高，更令人欣慰的是，许多摊位都配备了中文服务人员，还有几家全华人诊所首次参与。不少摊位提供的现场检查和互动体验，让大家更愿意驻足停留，随处可见排队咨询和坐下深入交流的热闹景象。

针对带着具体问题而来的朋友，OCC团队直接引导他们对接相关专家，确保获得准确信息。

而全场最惊艳的，莫过于三组来自老人公寓的长者表演。在现场采访中，叔叔阿姨们展现出的精神面貌令人赞叹，他们中不少已是85至90岁的高龄，却依然神采奕奕。他们用亲身经历证明：积极健康的生活方式会直接回馈在身心状态上，这也在很大程度上彰显了华裔文化与传统在现代健康管理中的独特价值。

The success of the 2026 Community Health Fair was reflected not only in the record number of vendors, but also in their meaningful engagement with community members. This was driven by the hands-on services offered at many booths, as well as the availability of Mandarin- and Cantonese-speaking staff.

The standout moment featured three groups of seniors whose performances showed just how much a healthy lifestyle can transform physical and mental health.
