西北歌友会 / NW Singing Groups
Formed in October 2024, the group was created as a place for community members to come together to practice signing, socialize, and build friendships. At the same time, the group hoped to develop performances that could be presented at community outreach activities as well as major events such as the Chinese Festival.
Since its founding, the group has created two original productions: the sign-language dance “We Are a Family” and the short stage play “Homeland.” Both have become signature pieces of the group, reflecting its unique role in bringing people together through creativity, friendship, and community engagement.
