Logan is a 9th grader at Lake Oswego High School. He was born and raised in Washington State until the family moved to Oregon in 2017. He is a Cross Country and Track runner since middle school. He also likes to help people whenever he has the time. He serves as a member of Superintendent Student Advisory Council at his school and Youth Data Council. He has a dog named Barney and he enjoys walking and playing with him.

Oregon Chinese Coalition is proud to join the President of the United States in recognizing the volunteers who consistently take the time to make a difference in the lives of others. Therefore, it is a great honor to present the President’s Volunteer Service Award (PVSA) to Logan Shi.
