LOSD: Palisades World Language School

Palisades World Language School is the home of our district’s elementary school immersion programs, teaching the language and cultures of Spanish and Mandarin Chinese speakers. Palisades serves students in kindergarten through fifth grade, feeding from all Lake Oswego School District elementary attendance areas.

Students rising from Palisades have the choice of continuing their Chinese immersion education through Lakeridge Middle and High School for a full K-12 experience or returning to their resident secondary school.

Step 1: Register your student with your neighborhood elementary school before applying for the immersion program. New student registration opens in January for the following school year.

Step 2: Submit an application for the language immersion program.
