Allina is a first year Masters student at Harvard Chan where she is pursuing a degree in Epidemiology with a neuropsychiatric concentration. She is passionate about reducing the stigmatization around mental health issues, and in turn, bettering mental health in youth and young adult populations.

Allina has experience both tutoring and advising peers. As an undergraduate, she was part of a residential fellowship where she had first-hand experiencing navigating interpersonal conflict, stress, and other common issues. She hopes to use her knowledge and experiences to help and guide others in the community.
