Michelle is a third grade student. She has volunteered at multiple events throughout the year, varying from robotics to performing at different places for rhythmic gymnastics and Chinese drums for the Oregon Chinese Coalition’s Chinese Festival. She has also volunteered to help set things up for VEX IQ competitions.

Oregon Chinese Coalition is proud to join the President of the United States in recognizing the volunteers who consistently take the time to make a difference in the lives of others. Therefore, it is a great honor to present the President’s Volunteer Service Award (PVSA) to Michelle.
